My mailbox was overstuffed this week with new books. My problem always seems to be prioritizing which book to read first.
- Etta and Otto and Russell and James; Emma Hooper
- Into the Night; Jake Woodhouse (Penguin)
- The World Before Us; Aislinn Hunter (Hogarth)
- This House is Not for Sale; E.C. Osondu (Harper)
- A Spool of Blue Thread; Anne Tyler (Knopf)
- Golden State; Stephanie Kegan (Simon & Schuster)
- A Head Full of Ghosts; Paul Trembley (William Morrow)
- Trigger Warning; Neil Gaiman (William Morrow)
- Wichita; Thad Ziolkowski (Europa - paperback swap)
- Finding Jake; Bryan Reardon (William Morrow)
Happy Reading - Enjoy Your Week
(more snow coming tonight and tomorrow - this should push us over 2 feet)
My mailbox had a big week this week, too. Actually, I got a few that you got! I know what you mean about it being hard to choose which to prioritize. If I were a responsible blogger, I'd probably have a schedule. I'm neither particularly responsible nor very decisive when it comes to my reading, so I have random.org to prioritize for me. (Do you hear that sound? It's the sound of a dozen weeping publicists. :-X)
ReplyDeleteLOL Megan, at least the publicists have an unbiased chance:) that's better than nothing.
DeleteToo many books is a good problem to have!
ReplyDeleteSo nice to have a mailbox like yours! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteWow! That's quite the haul!! Sometimes I add up all of my new books at the end of the week and wonder when I will read them all, LOL! I can't stop collecting, though!!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you have some good reads ahead of you!
ReplyDeleteThat looks like another great haul!
ReplyDeleteWow! I don't think you will run out of reading material anytime soon.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy!!
Choices choices!!
ReplyDeleteWow! Those are great choices! Happy reading :)
ReplyDeleteTrigger Warning was full of really good stories. Have fun with all of your new reads!
ReplyDeleteSo many great books! Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteSuch a great haul!! Enjoy your books - they are all new to me, so looking forward to hearing about them.
ReplyDeleteI bet Trigger Warning will be popular. So many books. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteDecisions, decisions... ;-)
ReplyDeleteSo many of those titles are new to me. Happy reading, Diane!
ReplyDeleteI have a few of those, but i'm jealous you received Spool of Blue Thread by Anne Tyler! Looks like the audio. I was rejected on Edelweiss. I'll be buying that one. I try to prioritize by pub date but a lot of those are late for timely review. God luck!
ReplyDeleteIt's always hard to decide which one to read first, isn't it? Enjoy your books. I'm really curious to hear about the new Anne Tyler book!
ReplyDeleteI'm halfway through A Spool of Blue Thread right now, and I cannot tell you how lovely it is. You'll want to find out for yourself, mbut I recommend picking it up as soon as you can.
