Have you read any of these titles or authors?
You got some wonderful books. I am the same way, publishers send me books to review, Amazon Vine gives me books, and I adore library book sales. Plus I buy books. I acquire them faster than I can read and review them.
ReplyDeleteI never can resist a good book sale. I haven't been to my library's sale in awhile but am hoping to make it next year. I haven't read any of the authors you picked up but Penelope Fitzgerald is one I'd like to try.
ReplyDeleteI know how it is with books - they're always looking for a good home. Small Blessings looks really good.
ReplyDeleteI thought the main reason to donate books is to make room for new ones ;-)
ReplyDeleteI've read Cossé's books, this one and others. I like her writing. by the way, her first name is Laurence, a very common French woman's name
ReplyDeleteWonderful choices Diane. We have also donated a whole pile of books recently. Hard to let them go but glad they will be read by someone who will enjoy them all over again.
ReplyDeleteI know, soon as we get rid of some books, more just seem to sneak in on to our selves - no doubt to be enjoyed at some future point.

ReplyDeleteNice selections! I've only heard of Small Blessings, and heard it was a very good read. It just slipped off my radar, I guess. Enjoy those!
