Happy New Year Readers
Wishing all my readers a - happy, healthy & prosperous New Year.
Did you do anything exciting last night for New Years Eve? Just a quiet evening at home for us with Chinese food:) (Take Out) and the Twilight Zone marathon. We are one wild and crazy couple!
A very happy new year to you too
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!!
ReplyDelete:) Ours wasn't as fun as all that, but for the first time in years we were both awake at midnight. Happy reading in 2014!
ReplyDeleteHappy New year to you too. We also had a quiet time at home which was nice.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year! Stayed home with my husband and had Nachos.
ReplyDeleteHappy new year to you, too! Just a quiet evening at home and a little champagne.
ReplyDeleteFrom all our hearts right to your door, we wish you the best for two oh one four!
ReplyDeleteHappy Healthy New Year. We stayed home and watched more episodes of Breaking Bad.
ReplyDeleteHad dinner with relatives, had a half bottle of wine (unusual for me), and zoned out back at home! Missed the TV festivities!

We stayed in last night and didn't even make it to midnight. Happy New Year, Diane!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year! I happily stayed home, watching movies, reading, and watching the ball drop on TV.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, Diane! We had an even more dull New Year's Eve - the Big Guy was sick so no party food, no drinking, no Chinese food, no champagne. So I'm having my champagne in mimosas this morning!
ReplyDeleteMy New Year's Eve was only a little more exciting. We went out in a snowstorm to eat dinner - early to miss the crowds and the over served - and then settled in at home to watch television.
ReplyDeletewe aren't much better than you! I wanted Chinese (hubby didn't ugh!) Stayed in and watched CNN with BBQ take out...we are boring too! HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR!
ReplyDeleteHappy new year!
ReplyDeleteWe did the exact same thing!! After Twilight Zone all day, we watched When Harry Met Sally and Notting Hill and then switched to the New Year's stuff for the countdown. They have RUINED Dick Clark's Rockin' Eve, in my opinion. Nothing against Seacrest but the format and the cheesy co-hosts have got to go!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to you and your family!
ReplyDeleteAnd a Happy and Healthy New Year to you too Diane, and the same to your family. We didn't do anything exciting last night, no parties, no fireworks, and we managed to stay up until midnight and went to sleep straight afterwards :) Maybe next year, nahhhh ;)
ReplyDeletehappy new year Diane! We were pretty low-key as well. We ate out (Japanese) and then I fell asleep to a movie and woke up just in time for a midnight smooch. LOL! Guess life just isn't quite the same with kiddos. Hope 2014 is great for you!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a wonderful celebration! We stayed in, baked cookies and started a new book. Yay! Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteI fell asleep at 11:45, up at 1am when my husband suddenly caught the flu (fever). Boring is good, right?
ReplyDeleteHappy new Years!
Your New Year's Eve celebration sounds perfect, Diane! As much as I enjoy Mouse at this age, I am looking forward to when we can have movie nights for occasions like this. She's not really into that yet. LOL Happy New Year!
