Mailbox Monday

Mailbox Monday is hosted by http://printedpage.us/
Thanks Marcia for hosting this popular post.

Hey book buddies, did you have a great week in books? I had a fabulous surprise (or 2)  in my mailbox almost every day this week. It was very exciting. The first stack of books are my favorites, but SERIOUSLY, I love them all :)

(These should more than satisfy the animal lover in me, even though they are bound to be a bit sad).

Thanks so much to the generous authors/publishers, and bloggers.

  7. It looks like you got a lot of great stuff there. I will be interested in hearing about all of them, but mostly The Slender Thread. I want to compare it to a book that I bought a long time ago and see if they are the same! Happy reading!!

  8. I've seen some of these around...like Faithful Place.

I'm wondering about Displaced Person. Sounds like it could be very good.

    Have a great week.

    Thanks for visiting my blog.

  20. Thanks for visiting my blog! I read S&S when I was young and didn't really appreciate it, and now I'm trying it again and quite enjoying the characters and Austen's understated humor :)

    Happy reading!

  23. That is some haul you have there. I read Ken Follet religiously when I was younger, but haven't in many years. Hmm, may have to change that. Thx, for stopping by my blog earlier. FYI - the reason I have so many books started is that I have an audiobook in the car, one in the house, one paperback book and one on the Ipad. I always have one in reaching distance. happy reading!
