Saturday Snapshot

Saturday Snapshot is hosted by Alyce @ AT Home With Books.

Photos can be old or new, and be of any subject as long as they are clean and appropriate for all eyes to see. How much detail you give in the caption is entirely up to you. Please don't post random photos that you find online.

Everyone helped with the laundry last week
(except my husband).

Sorry I haven't posted any book reviews this past week (I'm behind by 4) but just not in the mood to review. I am reading though so that's a good thing.

  1. All cats seem to like to hang out next to warm or freshly folded laundry for some reason. I guess it's all that warmth and cleanliness!

  2. My cats like to attack and unfold the laundry. I just showed my cat this photo and told him this is what good cats do with the laundry! Do you think he will listen?

  3. What good kitty helplers! They do love the laundry.

  4. Too cute! Milou used to love to help me with the laundry too.

  5. Where did that tricky hubby disappear to? Glad that the cats were there to supervise!

  6. Hehe, love it!
I think I'll be a bit behind with reviews in January. Mood, time, etc. - all things that happen to book bloggers.

  7. Oh, great shot, Diane! I'm surprised, though, that the cats didn't "mess up" the folded laundry...lol

Thanks for sharing...and for visiting my blog.

  8. Well they certainly look like they're taking a well-deserved rest. I'm sure they were very careful not to add any cat-hair to all that carefully tended laundry ;)

  9. I actually find doing laundry rather relaxing, I think it's the rhythmic sound of the machines and the warm clothes at the end

  10. Ha, cat helpers! I'm lucky, my husband doesn't mind doing laundry, but he doesn't like to put the clothes away.

I go through not feeling like writing phases too. I have about 5 or 6 reviews I should write before I forget too much.

  11. I love the pattern on that blanket in the background!

  12. I love those colors! That pattern is quite attractive, too. :)

  13. Love this photo! What is it with cats and clean laundry? Mine love to be around while I'm folding and putting it away!

Diane, I didn't post reviews this week either....I'm having a great time reading but haven't felt like reviewing and I'm behind by more than 4 reviews! It'll turn around...it always does!

  14. They always seem to think they're more help than they actually are. Here's My Saturday Snapshot

  15. I actually wish I had LESS help with the laundry. Romeo the Puppy has proven to be an enthusiastic helper but doesn't help very much!

  16. That is a happy helper pic fur sure!

  17. Wish husbands were as easy to train as cats;-)
Glad you're reading... reviews will be better if you wait until you feel like writing them, so don't stress.

  20. Cats love laundry, don't they? Now if they could just snuggle without the cat hair! ;)

  21. I think it's hilarious that pets love laundry. As soon as it's done they want to play in it.

  22. I love this shot! The colors and the posing. It's perfect.

  23. Yes, that looks like my house most of the time. The cats are more 'helpful' than the other resident. :)

  24. This picture is adorable, but your quote made me laugh out loud!
