Mailbox Monday is a gathering place for readers to share the books that
came into their house last week and explore great book blogs. February's host is Kim of Metroreader.
So many people are reading The Snow Child, and I really want to get the chance to read it too. I have heard some pretty good things about it. I also love Waugh, and hope that you enjoy The Loved One! Great stack here today!
It looks like you received some great books, Diane. I was reading about Snow Child yesterday and the setting sounds magnificent! Until Next Time and Heading Out to Wonderful look like captivating reads and I don't think you can go wrong with Evelyn Waugh!
Thanks for taking the time to visit and double thanks for any comments. If you ask a question in your comments, I will try to reply to it here, or by email if your settings allow me to do so. Thanks again for visiting.
I almost bought The Snow Child myself the other day..but B&N does not have it as a Nookboook yet

ReplyDeleteThese are all new titles to me, other than the Kennedy book. I haven't read any reviews for it yet but am interested (since I enjoy a good memoir).
ReplyDeleteThe Goolrick novel should be good. His last novel was a little haunting. I need to look into this one.
The only Waugh I have read is Brideshead Revisited. Loved it and should check out this one.
ReplyDeleteYou had a nice week in books, Diane, enjoy them all.
