Saturday Snapshot

Everyone is getting excited about having a baby in the family after such a very very long time without a little bundle.  My DIL made this lovely sweater (such a nice change from lots of pink). Isn't she talented? My son selected the bunny buttons:)

    Oh, so precious! I wish I could knit...and I LOVE those bunny buttons.

    Isn't it fun waiting for a new baby? It's been nine years since my youngest grandchild...sigh.

    That is too precious! My mother knitted a little sweater like that for me when I was a baby and then I put it on my own sons when they were born too. Good thing it wasn't pink either ;)

    That's very pretty! It's so hard to find baby stuff that isn't pink or blue; I guess it's easier to make it yourself!

    The arrival of babies is always exciting! The sweater is beautiful and those buttons are adorable. Yes, it is nice to see blue or yellow instead of the standard pink all the time.

    My granddaughters are arriving for a visit tomorrow and to imagine the little four-year-old and her two-year-old sister in these sweaters is wonderful.
