Wordless Wednesday

Gorgeous view, but where would you put your book cases?

  1. I absolutely adore this living room, I just love contemporary design! So, if I could have this room, I will also need to have a separate room that I can have as my study, and perhaps in that one, I'd have one area for a window, and the rest would be floor to ceiling bookshelves!

  2. A little too sterile for me. I dont like the wide open spaces because it feels like I am going to fall off the edge of the earth!

  4. So true :)

While this is a lovely room that I would like to visit, I am not sure that I could live in this environment. I prefer a more cozy, lived-in look.

  5. Every room has 4 walls, I only see 2.

  6. Exactly! And where are the curtains or blinds? I want my privacy and my books. :)

  7. Love that view! I would run low bookcases with clean lines behind the couches. Then of course I would need an extra room with actual walls so I could "stack 'em to the ceiling"!

  8. Indeed! I guess one bedroom would have to be the library.

  9. You are right-I could never live here-I have too much clutter in my books for this room.

  10. Gorgeous, but you're right about the bookshelves!

  11. Well, with a view like that, I'm sure I have another room nearby with an entire wall of built-in bookcases and a moving ladder!

  12. It's a beautiful view, but a little stark for my taste.

  13. Isn't that what the floor is for? lol

  15. What about having a separate room full of books with contemporary designs and beautiful artwork? Ahhhhh...
