Mailbox Monday in August is hosted by Chick Loves Lit.
Thanks for hosting this popular post.
This week (4) books arrived in my mailbox. They all sound good, but I am really looking forward to (2) of them. I'll keep you guessing as to which ones they are.
- Salvation City; Sigrid Nunez (Sept. 16, 2010 - Riverhead)
- The Cailiffs of Baghdad Georgia; Stefaniak (Sept. 6, 2010 - Norton Co)
- Loco Motive; Daheim (Sept. 7, 2010 - Wm. Morrow)
- You Don't Look Like Anyone I Know; (October 14, 2010 - Riverhead)
Hope your mailbox made you smile this week!

ReplyDeleteI haven't had my coffee yet so I'm not up to guessing which are your faves, but hope you enjoy all your new goodies!
ReplyDeleteMy mailbox did not make me smile this week. It was kind of all lame and empty. That *should* make me smile because there is no more space for books, and the logical side of my mind doesn't want to acquire any, but, well, you know how it goes. ;-)
ReplyDeleteGuess I'll have to settle for *your* mailbox making me smile!
ALL these titles look good to me; Have you ever looked at a title, assumed a plot and find out it's completely different when you read the plot summary at the back?
ReplyDeleteThey do all look good! I'm going to guess you're looking forward to Salvation City and You Don't Look Like Anyone I Know. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteThe Mary Daheim book should be a good read, quick and easy too. I like the look of the Caliphs of Baghdad! Enjoy your new windfall.

ReplyDeleteHave a great week Diane!
