Photos can be old or new, and be of any subject as long as they are clean and appropriate for all eyes to see. How much detail you give in the caption is entirely up to you. Please don't post random photos that you find online.
I could hardly wait to introduce you to my first grandchild.
Meet Stella
Born Sunday, Earth Day, April 22
Stella arrived Sunday morning (16 days early) by C-Section (after 26 hours of labor). She weighed 7 lbs and 15 ounces and was 20" long. Mom, Dad and Baby are doing well.
Happy Grammie and Stella
I said I wasn't going to be one of those
obnoxious grandparents who are always raving about their grandchild's
accomplishments, and showing photos, but guess what? it's inevitable ---
I've already begun. LOL
Oh, congratulations. I didn't even do my Saturday Snapshot yet because I had to hurry to your blog to see your grandbaby. She's gorgeous. In the last picture she looks so much older than a newborn. She's obviously advanced.
ReplyDeleteI think she probably looks older because she was C-Section. She lost nearly (1)lb in the first 5 days, so now the MD wants her to be gaining (1oz a day).
DeleteOh my gosh is she ever adorable! I love her name too :) Congratulations grandma.
ReplyDeleteDiane, she is so precious!!! I know how very excited you guys are and I'm so thrilled for you. Wow - 16 days early and almost 8 lbs. Bet Mom is glad she didn't wait until later to come. Thanks so much for sharing Stella with us and we look forward to more pics of her to come.
ReplyDeleteTrish and Kay, thanks for the compliments on her name. We think it fits her. Thanks for taking the time to comment
