Not sure how these followers survived the
high 90 degree temps of the past 2 weeks.
fortunately, low 80's predicted staring tomorrow
anxious for fall already
Wow that's a glorious bunch of lilies!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful! And I would love to have temps in the 80s...or even the low 90s...lol.

MY SATURDAY SNAPSHOT POST
Lovely lilies! Mine have to be in pots as the bunnies love them and will eat them as soon as the leaves show in the spring!
ReplyDeleteThose sure are pretty!!!
ReplyDeleteIt's been an odd summer, weather wise, hasn't it? We are usually the ones who are languishing at this time of year, but it's been surprisingly cool along the Gulf Coast.
ReplyDeleteHere's my Saturday Snapshot, a visit to Blue Willow Books to hear children's picture book author and illustrator, John Rocco.
Your flowers fared better than mine with all the heat... looking forward to cooler temps tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots! I thought the warmer the weather, the more profuse flowers will be. But I'm sure there must be a limit. Glad your garden is bearing the heat.
ReplyDeleteHot, hot hot here also. Love lilies!
ReplyDeleteFlowers always lift my mood! These are beautiful pics.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Love the leaves and the beautiful pink.
ReplyDeleteTHANKS for sharing.

My Saturday Snapshot
We are experiencing that kind of weather as well in Minnesota. Today is overcast and cooler. What are the flowers in the top pic? They are gorgeous!
ReplyDeletesooooo pretty!!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, and hardy flowers. I've certainly been wilting in the heat. Looking forward to the front going through today and cooler nights for the next week. When Dave and I start wishing we had A/C, it's too hot!
ReplyDeleteNot sure how they survive the heat either, but they are lovely, not so anxious for fall though. Thanks.
ReplyDeletePretty lilies. My flowers have been tolerating the heat too. 90s is ok for mine as long as they get plenty of water. Last year when it hit 100 for days the poor things got sunburned and crisped up.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your lovely flowers!
ReplyDeleteFlower photos are always lovely. I really like your pink lilies.
ReplyDeleteLovely flowers!
ReplyDeleteOur day lilies thrive in the 90 degree weather. I hope you cool off soon!
ReplyDeleteLovely flowers. Our cooler weather arrived today and I turned off the air conditioning. Wonderful thunderstorms passed through cooling things. Here's Mine
ReplyDeleteSo pretty. The heat has been brutal, but I'm not quite ready for fall yet.
ReplyDeleteThese are just beautiful, Diane! Thanks for sharing them with us.
ReplyDeletebeautiful lilies, but how are you managing to keep those pansies thriving in this heat? Mine are G.O.N.E...totally wilted in the sunny heat.
ReplyDeleteSusan, the pansies picture was take about a month ago when the temps were not so unbearable:)
DeleteThe flowers are beautiful. We've been getting hot weather but then it's mixed with lots of rain too so things are growing quite well. I don't want fall yet because that brings winter too close for comfort but cooler temps are ok by me too.
ReplyDeleteThose lilies are so gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI am glad they are surviving the summer heat. They are quite lovely. We have had heat and/or tons of rain. And isn't the summer flying by?
