Waiting on Wednesday: Still Life; Joy Fielding

This week's Waiting on Wednesday that I have been looking forward to is:

Still Life; Joy Fielding
Pub. Date: March 24,
2009

About the Book (Amazon)
Beautiful, happily married, and the owner of a successful interior design business, Casey Marshall couldn't be more content with her life, until a car slams into her at almost fifty miles an hour, breaking nearly every bone in her body and plunging her into a coma. Lying in her hospital bed, Casey realizes that although she is unable to see or communicate, she can hear everything. She quickly discovers that her friends aren't necessarily the people she thought them to be -- and that her accident might not have been an accident at all. As she struggles to break free from her living death, she begins to wonder if what lies ahead could be even worse.

I've always been pleased with Joy Fielding's suspense thrillers ---always lots of good twists and turns to keep the reader guessing.

What book looks good to you? Feel free to leave a link.

  3. I have never read anything by Fielding but that sounds like a very clever premise for a book. It got me wondering what those surrounding my hospital bed might be saying...lol

  5. I've just picked up my 2nd book by this author. I'm reading Heartstopper and looking forward to really getting into it. I'll have to look into the other books that she has written.
