Audio Book Week ~ June 21 - 25 ~ My Favorite Audio Books




Today's assignment - share some of your favorite audio books with us.

  1. I love Bill Bryson on audio and Bonesetter's Daughter was really good too. I've listened to DeMille, but not that one. And, yes, Middlesex -- ahhhhhh. My top audiobook until I listened to Wicked, Lovely.

  3. I haven't listened to The Gold Coast, but I do like some of Nelson Demille's other audiobooks. The Lion's Game, read by Scott Brick, was one of the first audiobooks that I fell in love with.

  4. The Help by Katheryn Stockett was an amazing audio book. I so have a few urban fantasy authors I love on audio.

  5. I love these lists!! I just requested 2 playaways from my library. Hopefully when I get my iTouch it will be easier to download the CD's to it!!

  6. I have to say, I was not enthralled with "Cutting for Stone" in audio. The production was good, but I don't think it is a book that lends itself particularly well to audio, with the way it jumps back and forth in time.

  10. I am listening to the Unnamed right now on Audio and it is great! I also like Bryson and Sedaris on audio - they are excellent.
