DeleteThe Forgotten Waltz looks good. I read The Gathering years ago and am interested in seeing how Enright's writing has progressed. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteThose should both be good!

DeleteI hadn't heard of these either, thanks!
ReplyDeleteI'd like to read Vonnegut sometime and see what I think about his stuff. My son read one of his, and was pleasantly surprised. Great mailbox today!
ReplyDeleteGlad your son liked Vonnegut, my daughter liked reading his books when she was in high school.

ReplyDeleteI love the cover for The Forgotten Waltz. I hope you have a great week.
ReplyDeleteTwo good books. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI really want to read The Forgotten Waltz. I enjoyed The Gathering even though it was a slow read.
ReplyDeleteActually neither of her books got glowing reviews, yet they seem worthy of my limited time...LOL
DeleteInteresting looking titles!! I love how varied your mailbox is from week to week!
ReplyDeleteBoth sound good. I like Vonnegut and want to read the biography but I have read mixed reviews on it.
ReplyDeleteThe minute I saw it I wish listed it --very curious.
DeleteI know nothing about Vonnegut, so I'm curious about that one.
ReplyDeleteAlyce, believe it or not, neither do I, but I have a few of his books and he almost seems like he has a cult following, so I'm intrigued.
DeleteThanks Vicki --think I entered your giveaway:0
ReplyDeleteThese both look good. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI have the Forgotten Waltz waiting for me - my Mom read it and reported that it is good. I heard the author speak at Symphony Space last year and it was really interesting to hear about what prompted her to write the book, etc.
ReplyDeleteMy husband read the Vonnegut bio and will be doing a guest review. He thought it was quite good, had some surprises and a few dry parts.
