Saturday Snapshot

Saturday Snapshot is hosted by Alyce @ AT Home With Books.

Photos can be old or new, and be of any subject as long as they are clean and appropriate for all eyes to see. How much detail you give in the caption is entirely up to you. Please don't post random photos that you find online.

It's still Fall here in New England!

  4. The red leaves match the red hydrant! What a pretty picture. Makes me want to walk through that opening to see what's on the other side.

  5. Once upon a time, way back in the 1980s (Boston), I experienced a weekend in New England in October. I can attest to the glorious fall colors.

    Love the reds you captured!

  7. So pretty! I could say the same about our weather. We were in the high 60s yesterday. Feels more like spring than late fall!

  8. Oh, I love it! It's actually quite chilly down here today (44 degrees this morning) but of course there are no leaves like this to look at. :(

  10. I love looking at the leaves changing colors. That was one of the things I missed the most when we lived in the desert for seven years. Some leaves changed but they fell within a few days of changing. Great shot!

  14. I love autumn, such lovely colours. The leaves are still just about clinging on here, but a strong wind and they all be down.

  17. I love the fall colors! We only have about one or two trees in our neighborhood that change color and I miss seeing the fall colors

  18. That is gorgeous! Around here we just have an occasional pretty tree with changing leaves, most of ours are starting to rot mid-color change and that's not so pretty.
