Saturday Snapshot

Saturday Snapshot

Photos can be old or new, and be of any subject as long as they are clean and appropriate for all eyes to see. How much detail you give in the caption is entirely up to you. Please don't post random photos that you find online.

Shot through a window screen so quality isn't great.
These birds look like friends to me:)

What our (3) cats do when they get bored watching
the birds at the feeder outside these windows

Have a Great Weekend All!

    1. You are so right about both! Our feeder gets emptied daily it seems. The wrens are especially greedy.

  6. Are they wild birds? In your garden? That's wonderful - much more colourful than starlings and sparrows we get. My Snapshots are here http://chriscross-thebooktrunk.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/parisian-pictures-take-two.html

  14. My cat gets so excited about birds I am not so sure I would be able to have a feeder. And, yes, once her excitement dies down a bit she takes a quality nap.

  17. Great pictures Diane. I always say it is a dog's life but the cats look like they have a pretty good life. ;)

  18. That's a great photo, especially through a screen! Our dog keeps many birds from getting close to our house. Your kitties are so cute! We've joked about getting a third cat, but two is really our limit until we live somewhere where we can have outdoor cats.

  19. Your cat couch is the best! Both photos are wonderful. Enjoy your weekend.

  22. Those adorable birds do look like friends! And I love that your cata are all asleep on the couch but each in their own space in their own way! Their fur looks thick and beautiful, especially the black cat!

  23. Great shot through the window! They are beautiful, the colour! What kind of birds are they? You see, from my neck of the woods, we're very limited as to the varieties of birds.

  24. Haha, I had a napping cat for my photos today too. Bird-watching is just so exhausting, isn't it?

  25. How bright yellow those birds are! It's a good shot despite the screen.

  26. Great bird photo. We don't have those bright finches in our area. Lots of robins and sparrows though. Even an neighborhood squirrel. I need to keep my camera closer.
