ReplyDeleteHello, Diane! I also received Her Fearful Symmetry by mail. I was reading it last Saturday and got to page 50 (I think). But then I decided to read The Woman in White, and I haven't stopped reading it since.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to read your review of Her Fearful Symmetry, Diane.

You have quite a few good ones....enjoy them!
ReplyDeleteI read the first chapter of Her Fearful Symmetry while standing in the bookstore and it looks really good. I didn't want to put it down! I've entered a ton of giveaways for it though so I think I will wait to see if I win one before shelling out the cash to buy it.
ReplyDeleteWow! You will enjoy these!

The Missing looks like a great cover... even from the side! What a great pile you brought in! :) Have fun!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great stack you've got this week! I really hope you like Outlander, it's one of my favorite historical romances. Don't be surprised if you want to run right out and buy the rest of the series when you're done with it!
ReplyDeleteDiane, I noticed that Mathilda Savitch came from Amazon VineWhat. What is that? Would I be safer not knowing?!
ReplyDeleteThanks for popping in to Chad's feature! What a great treat, all those books in the mailbox!
ReplyDeleteI hope you enjoy Outlander! It's one of my favorites.
ReplyDeleteAlthough I bought it myself, I'm still jealous that you got a review copy of Her Fearful Symmetry! I need to get on that mailing list! : )
ReplyDeleteI'm avoiding reviews of it as much as possible until I get to read it myself.
I never fail to be surprised at all the books - and it makes me itchy to head to the bookstore (no, not the library - I always run overdue fines) and though I've read Gabaldon's (which you'll love), I don't know the others excdept for Niffenberger's new one and I hope she wrote it before she knew she'd have a book deal on TTW!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy!
I love your whole stack!! Enjoy Outlander...love that series!!
ReplyDeleteI'm reading Her Fearful Symmetry right now, and I can assure you that it's worth the read! I crossed out a few paragraphs/pages that were to sexually focused for me (I'm just an itty bitty kid, so I don't want to expose myself to too much). I'm on page three hundred and something. It's great. I wish I opened my mailbox and found something that wasn't addressed to my parents! Lol!
ReplyDeleteI see you received Her Fearful Symmetry this week. It looks really promising doesn't it?
ReplyDeleteLovely books :-) I have Outlander on one of my must-read-soon lists, as all people I know finds it awesome. I will look forward to hear what you think about it, once you've read it. Or maybe I will get to it before you ;-) Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice bunch of books! I'm holding onto my copy of "Her Fearful Symmetry" as a treat for myself.
ReplyDeleteAnd I've been hearing so much about this Outlander stuff that I might have to check it out.
What a great stack of books! I'm interested in Her Fearful Symmetry, looking forward to your review. The Recipe Club sounds very interesting.
ReplyDeleteYou've got a killer stack of books there! I'm totally jealous! lol
ReplyDeleteHer Fearful Symmetry and Annie's Ghosts are on my wishlist.
