Mailbox Monday

Mailbox Monday is hosted by Marcia at The Printed Page. It's any opportunity to share what goodies arrived in your mailbox last week, and to see what others who participate have received as well.  Get anything exciting that you care to share?

I posted about some of the other books that arrived this past week in an earlier post, but here are a few more books that arrived on Saturday.
The handsome fur fella is Freckles:  age 7frightened of big-screen tv, lover of shrimp and cat treats, fetches and returns toy mice, and he loves drinking tap water from the spout. He's not a lap cat but still very sweet in his own way.

  9. You got some really great titles there. And I also think that your cat is adorable. He reminds me of a cat that I had a few years ago named Oden. Happy Reading!

  10. Your kitty cat is so handsome! My cat is not a lap cat either (I think because he was a stray kitten, but also because my two young boys chase him around so much).

  14. That is so cute - we have about 5 boxes scattered all over the kitchen - I did not realize they loved them so much...must be all cats. :)

  16. The Puzzle King sound like it has promise.

Freckles is very sweet. We have one kitty who likes to sit in front of the big screen TV and paw at the hockey players zooming by. The other kitty heads for the hills every time the horn sounds when the Bruins score a goal. Ah well, we can't all be hockey fans. But after yesterday's baseball and football meltdowns, hockey is all we've got going for us.
